CNN reports Donald Trump will sit for his first televised interview since the GOP’s midterm losses on CBS’s 60 Minutes. The interview with 60 Minutes reporter Ross Douthat is expected to be recorded Friday and broadcast Sunday evening; CBS sources say the arrangement is confirmed but the interview has not yet taken place. The White House calendar lists a pre-recorded interview at 10:30 a.m. ET Friday. 60 Minutes averaged about 10 million viewers last Sunday. 06-NOV-2026 09:38 AM ET
