Roundtable Takes Its AI/DeFi Media Platform Global Roundtable ($RTB) has announced a 10-year agreement worth $1 billion with Paradium.AI, formerly The Arena Group, to move and operate its media portfolio on Roundtable’s AI/DeFi-powered MediaOS. The deal covers around two dozen media brands and nearly 100 million monthly consumers. Brands expected to move onto the platform include TheStreet, Parade, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, Autoblog and Powder, along with hundreds of professional journalists. What Roundtable Is Getting Under the agreement, Roundtable will take over publishing technology, advertising operations, syndication, streaming, data, community and payment operations for the media portfolio. RTB will also receive a worldwide, non-cancelable, perpetual license to Paradium.AI’s technical assets, which can be integrated into Roundtable’s MediaOS and used across its customer base. The platform combines AI-based media operations with DeFi payments, monetization, distribution and publishing tools. Revenue Opportunity Following completion of the transaction, Roundtable says it expects to reach approximately $100 million in annualized revenue and an EBITDA-positive run rate on a standalone basis. The company also expects the combined platform to have access to around 100 million monthly consumers, giving RTB a much larger media audience to monetize. The $89 Million Investment There is an important condition investors should watch. Roundtable plans to invest $89 million in cash and stock to acquire approximately 49% of Paradium.AI. The transaction is targeted for completion in Q4, but it still depends on funding and other closing conditions. So the $1 billion agreement should not be viewed as guaranteed revenue today. Why It Matters for $RTB This deal could significantly increase the scale of Roundtable’s MediaOS if completed. Instead of building its media audience one publisher at a time, RTB would gain access to an established portfolio of brands, advertising operations, journalists and a large existing audience. The company is positioning its platform around a bigger shift in digital media — using AI for publishing and operations while using blockchain/DeFi infrastructure for payments, monetization and audience ownership. What Investors Should Watch • Q4 closing of the Paradium.AI transaction • Funding of the $89M investment • Migration of the media brands onto MediaOS • Actual revenue generated from the new portfolio • Advertising and monetization performance • Progress toward the company's projected $100M annualized revenue run rate Final Take $RTB has announced a major 10-year, $1B media operating agreement with Paradium.AI, potentially giving its AI/DeFi platform access to ~100M monthly consumers and a much larger media business — but the transaction still has funding and closing conditions. #RTB #Roundtable #AI #DeFi #Media #Blockchain #DigitalMedia #TheStreet #Parade #Web3 #SmallCaps #Stocks
