Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will meet UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham in Liverpool during a Sept. 15-17 visit that also includes Strasbourg, the Prime Minister's Office said. They are expected to discuss defense and security, energy, AI and critical minerals.
