REUTERS SURVEY: OPEC crude output fell 640,000 bpd in August to 19.71 mln bpd, the survey found. The drop reflects Middle East conflict-related disruptions: Saudi exports faced new interference and US interdiction cut Iranian shipments. Seven OPEC+ members, including Russia and other allies, had agreed to raise output in August but were unable to do so due to the conflict.
