Narayen has been Adobe's CEO since 2007. Chakravarthy joined Adobe in 2020 from Informatica, where he was chief executive. Adobe named Anil Chakravarthy as its new president and CEO effective December 1, with longtime CEO Shantanu Narayen transitioning to executive chair after 17 years leading the company. Chakravarthy, who joined Adobe in 2020 and previously served as CEO of Informatica, will take the helm of the software and creative services giant.
