U.S. equities closed lower on Tuesday: the Dow Jones Industrial Average preliminarily fell 0.79%, the S&P 500 fell 0.70% and the Nasdaq fell 1.0%. Oracle (ORCL.N) dropped about 5%; Micron Technology (MU.O) and SK Hynix (SKHY.O) slid more than 2%; Apple (AAPL.O) rose 2% and Dell Technologies (DELL.N) fell 7%.
